The old way

Running school sport over WhatsApp is a part-time job you didn’t ask for.

“I never got the message.”

Fixtures vanish in noisy group chats, and nobody admits to seeing them.

Who’s actually available?

You’re counting thumbs-up reactions and chasing DMs to build a team.

Your number, everywhere

Shared in every group, with every parent, forever.

No oversight

You can’t see how managers and parents are talking to each other.

How it works

From sign-up to sorted in an afternoon.

01

Create your school

Sign up as the sports coordinator. Your school, your teams, your oversight, set up in minutes.

02

Invite your team managers

They run their own teams. You keep the full picture across every sport.

03

Parents confirm in a tap

Publish a fixture and availability comes straight back to you, live, with no chasing.

You stay in control. Team managers run the day-to-day, but the coordinator keeps oversight of teams, messages and who’s responsible for every player. No personal numbers required.

Get your season under control.

Set up your school today. Invite your managers, and let the team sheets sort themselves.
